The purpose of this study is to prove the fertilization vitality in vivo through artificial insemination method in female goats. This study using a Randomized Block Design (2 treatments, 15 replications) and the semen was collected from 3.5 yeas old male Boer goat and injected into 30 female Etawah (PE) goats with following experiment variables. The experiment variables were semen diluent factors, P0 (control): Tris aminomethane+10% Egg Yolk and P1: Light Green Coconut Water+10% Egg Yolks. The analyzed variables were Non-Return Rate (NRR) and Conception Rate (CR) and analyzed by Pearson Chi-Square at 95% significance. The results show that both the NRR and CR from treatment group have no differences with control group (p>0.05). The results of NRR were P0: 73.33% and P1: 93.33%. For CR, P0 = 8 goats (53.33%) and P1 = 6 goats (40%). Therefore, the usage of coconut water as a basic ingredient in the liquid semen diluent after cooling can lead to fertilization and goat pregnancy.
