Abstract

Mathematics has double characters including science and technology. The direct research object of mathematics is mode which is the carrier of information, and the evolvement of mode is the process of information processing and information conversion. This paper has described the three characters of mathematic: operation, instrument and invention, which shows mathematic is a sort of technology. In addition to some expels have been put forwarded. Therefore, mathematics is the technology of information processing and information conversion.
