Law on the administration of secondary schools in Delta State, Nigeria setting-based study. The design utilized a descriptive survey approach. The population of the study consists of all principals and teachers in Delta State public secondary schools. The sample is consisted of two hundred teachers and one hundred principals. To guide this study, three research questions and three hypotheses were developed. Data was collected using the "Application of Education Law and the Management of Secondary School Questionnaire" (ALMSSQ), which is a tool developed by researchers. The tool was validated by experts. The scale presented a reliability index of 0.81 (Cronbach Alpha). The mean, standard deviations were used to answer the research questions and hypotheses were tested using z-test at 0.05 alpha level. The study's findings, which included that there were no significant differences with regard to how principals and educators believed safety precautions, nuisance control measures, or duty of care for students should occur in the administration of schools.Recommendations included that non-law-trained school administrators receive regular education law training, thereby reducing the number of educational system lawsuits in addition to establishing a positive legal compliance environment.
