this paper reveals from the perspectives of particle physics and general relativity that cosmic matter is gradually generated, rather than being created in an instant by the Big Bang. The Higgs mechanism of particle physics is the microscopic mechanism of continuous generation of cosmic matter, Dominated by the theory of general relativity on a macroscopic or cosmological level. The Higgs field only exists inside celestial bodies, that is, inside matter. It is a negative energy field inside matter, appearing in the form of negative pressure in the gravitational field equations of general relativity. In addition to acting as a gravitational source, it also leads to the continuous generation of matter. With the expansion of space, cosmic matter is continuously generated, celestial bodies and galaxies are gradually growing, and the Higgs field is also constantly expanding, keeping the sum of positive and negative energy in the universe always zero. Based on the unified model of weak electricity, this paper gives three ways of continuous generation of fundamental particles of cosmic matter.
