Abstract
A review of the available literature revealed a positive relationship between learningorganization (LO) elements and business organization’s performance. However, todate very few studies, if any, have attempted to examine how this LO’s elements canbe exploited namely on non-profit organizations (NPO’s). This study thus examines therelationships between the LO elements with performance of non-profit organizations(NPOs) in Singapore. The required information was obtained from 70 NPOs throughthe use of a survey questionnaire. The regression analysis results revealed thatindividual learning practices, organizational learning practices and team problem-solving have strong positive relationships with NPO’s performance. Conclusions of thestudy and future research are also discussed.
