This study aims to focus on the Enhancement of Employability through 21st Century Skills (4Cs), using Debate and Mock Interview as Key Pedagogical Tools. The foremost objective o is to help the students get placements in a reputable company by enhancing their through 21 st century skills. Critical thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication are the 4C’s, which play a major role in building the employability skills among students. These skills enable the learners to develop analytical thinking, problem solving, peer learning, team working, and communication abilities, which are the fundamental requirements in the professional sector. So, it is very essential to train the students to learn these 21st century skills. In this study, final - year MCA Students from Taks hashila university were selected and debate and Mock Interview activities were conducted to enhance their employability skills, particularly speaking skills during campus interview.
