Abstract

Lung adenocarcinoma (AC) is the most common form of non-small cell lung cancer. We used the microarray data to construct a regulation network to identify potential genes that related to lung adenocarcinoma. In the network, some of transcription factors and target genes have been proved that are related to lung adenocarcinoma in previous study. We also find some new transcription factors and target genes related to AC; beside, JUN combine with FOS to response to lung adenocarcinoma. It is demonstrated that transcriptome network analysis is useful in identification of the candidate genes in lung adenocarcinoma.
