Methodology and case study of commercially optimum prover sizing for an ultrasonic fiscal metering system of crude oil

This paper presents a procedure in format of a flowchart for prover sizing based on API-MPMS Standard which can be considered as a pattern for prover sizing in field prover design and fabrication.
