Diversity of lichens in Kollihills of Tamil Nadu, India

Abstract

 

An enumeration of 48 species belonging to 23 genera and 12 families of lichens from Kollihills, Namakkal District of Tamil Nadu is provided. Species of the lichen generaHeterodermia, Parmotrema and Pertusaria dominates the area.
