The COVID-19 pandemic has been brought immense transformation in the lifestyle of people worldwide. It has changed the work style of people and transformed all the professions, in other words, all the profession has affected from it directly or indirectly including higher education. Due to the pandemic, the higher education sector has taken assistance of ICT in order to provide education to the students and virtual classrooms have become life line of education sectors. E-resources have become essential component of all educational institutes. During Covid-19 Pandemic, the role of library professional is also changed and students are sought for electronic resources (ER) instead of traditional library services. This aspect bring a new revolution in the field of library profession and brought challenges as well as opportunity to the professionals. The present study evaluate Electronic Resources (ER) services in University Libraries of Doon region Uttarakhand during COVID-19 pandemic. The Questionnaire method for data collection has been opted. The online questionnaire was disseminated to the sixteen University libraries of Doon region and twelve libraries responded .
