The level of service (LoS) on provincial roads in West Java, the lowest score is 0.39, namely the Kosambi - Curug road section with the characteristics of free flow, low volume, and high speed. Meanwhile, the highest LoS was 1.87, namely the Narogong - Bekasi road section, which was characterized by obstructed traffic flow, low speed, volume above capacity, and frequent congestion. Air pollution on provincial roads consists of CO, Pb, O3, SO2, NO2, and TSP, the measurement results are below the quality standard, except for TSP with a value of 253 ?g/Nm³ on the Narogong - Bekasi road section. The correlation between the level of service and TSP is r = 0.9870, meanwhile, the correlation between the level of services and the CO is r = 0.9819. The results of this study indicate that the level of provincial road services in West Java affects air pollution by CO and TSP. CO pollution is caused by motor vehicle fumes that are not environmentally friendly, meanwhile, TSP is caused by trucks carrying sand, soil, garbage, and vehicles passing unpaved shoulders.
