Synthesis of aluminum doped zinc cobalt ferrite with composition of AlxZn1-xCoFe2O4 (0.00?x?1.00) was done by sol gel method and calcined at 650?. The structural, morphological, and quantitative analysis of the elements was done. The structural properties were studied by the X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) which revealed that the crystal size was 2.115nm, it also revealed the spinel nature of the synthesized ferrite. The elemental analysis was done by the Energy Dispersive X-Ray which revealed the expected stoichiometry of the samples. FTIR confirmed the presence of metal oxide bond which is characterized by the Octahedral and tetrahedral sites in the range of 350-470cm-1 and 500-570cm-1 respectively, a confirmatory test for spinel ferrite. The morphological characterization was done by HRTEM and SEM which confirmed the phase and size of the nanoparticles synthesized to be in the range of 22-76nm. It also confirmed the spherical nature of the crystals which is an intrinsic property of the spinel ferrites.
