SMEs are the engine of economic development. SMEs play an important role in the national economic development of any country. It is becoming more and more a subject of high attention in the developing countries. The objective of this study is to evaluate how the moderating effect of Fin Tech, entrepreneurial orientation and the effects of access to finance affect the SMEs. The current study is a basic research being quantitative in nature so paradigm adopted for current study. Performance of SMEs has a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial orientation, strategic flexibility and access to finance in the presence of financial technology
