The increasing demand for satisfaction at eco-destination centre is considered significant to tourism industry and sustainability in Nigeria. The study investigated tourism facilities in achieving tourists’ satisfaction and the need for tourism sustainability; this is with the view to suggest guidance on tourist centre protection from undue exploitation by tourism developers. A total of two hundred and ninety (290) respondents gave their opinion and data obtained was subjected to descriptive statistics. Results showed that there is availability of tourism-allied facilities to meeting tourist demands considering the inventory of tourism resources at the eco-destinations: Ikogosi Warm Spring (61.7%); Olumirin Waterfall (64.4%); Old Oyo National Park (55.6%) and Omu Resort (80.7%). Functionality of tourism facilities and aesthetics benefits were top-notch. The Tourist Importance Index and Tourist Satisfaction Index of these facilities were higher than the computed mean at 4.13 and 3.20 respectively. Tourism Facilities Satisfaction analysis was significantly varied at (X2=31.73, P<0.05). Importance-Performance matrix revealed that tourists' safety, health services, waste disposal and accommodation facilities were in low performance. However, quality of facilities at the selected eco-destination is a determinant to tourist satisfaction and patronage. Improved facilities, communities’ involvement and improved ecotourism was suggested as recommendation for nature-based tourism sustainability in-line with global standard.
