Occurrence of aflatoxin in the kernels of Irvingia gabonensis (Aubry – Lecomte ex O’ Rorke) Baill sold in parts of Nigeria
A food safety surveillance study was conducted on the kernels of Irvingia gabonensis sold in the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
