About JIDI

The Journal of Infectious Diseases and Immunity is a monthly publication aimed at promoting and providing African and International researchers a forum to present collaborative multidisciplinary research on infectious, immune- and autoimmune-mediated diseases.
 
The journal welcomes for publication clinical and experimental researches on areas such as mechanisms of pathogenesis, molecular and cellular techniques for infection diagnosis, control and treatment, hypersensitivities and transplant rejection. Other areas covered include infectious diseases such as malaria, hepatitis-B and –C, tuberculosis and sexually transmitted diseases.
 
The Journal of Infectious Diseases and Immunity is indexed in Chemical Abstracts (CAS Source Index) and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI)
 
Open Access is a publication model that enables the dissemination of research articles to the global community without restriction through the internet. All articles published under open access can be accessed by anyone with internet connection.

The Journal of Infectious Diseases and Immunity is an Open Access journal. Abstracts and full texts of all articles published in this journal are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication without any form of restriction.

Manuscript Handling Fee
Authors are required to pay the manuscript handling fee only after their manuscripts have been reviewed and accepted for publication by an editor.
 
The manuscript handling fee for JIDI is $650 (USD).
