Abstract-Rapid prototyping (RP) has become a widely used tool for the fabrication and evaluation of physical prototypes during the product development cycle. RP is used since it can produce prototypes with arbitrary shapes quickly and at a lower cost than traditional prototyping techniques. This work presents the standard way for designing Non-Laser-Based Rapid Prototyping Process for Copper Product. Specially focus on designing three dimensional printing processes, advantage and disadvantage. A three dimensional object is created by successive layers of material. The 3D printer converts digital objects into material artifacts. Printed objects are made out of a powder, which is bonded with water-based glue. 3D printing is an ideal way to produce complex or curved objects.
