Feto-maternal dystocia is the only management through Cesarean section. Clinical management of two cases of dystocia in goat and sheep through Cesarean section was described. The goat was brought with visible of the partial part of one left fore-leg out from vulva and the sheep was presented with history of restlessness, getting up and down frequently with full term gestation at Hasassa B-type veterinary clinic. Manual obstetrical examination, vaginal examination revealed that the birth of the fetus is impossible due to oversize and total closure of birth canal hence it was decided to perform cesarean section surgical procedure. The surgical operation was done under aseptic condition to avoid any post-operative complication. The right flank celiotomy approach was used under inverted-L-block on right Para lumber fossa by using 2% lidocine. In both cases dead fetuse were removed from the uterus by pulling the hind legs. The standard surgical suturing approach was performed and the gsutured wounds was dressed with antiseptic for five days and antibiotic therapy was given for five consecutive days as post-operative care. This case report was aim to show clinical management of dystocia through cesarean section.
