Biochemical characterisation of soybean germplasms with respect to bioavailable iron and zinc, vitamin A and crude protein
Soybean germplasms were assessed for bioavailable zinc (Zn) and iron (Fe), vitamin A and crude protein using standard methods. Thirty soybean germplasms were investigated.
