Nutritional evaluation of four optimized cassava-based complementary foods

  Complementary foods were formulated and their nutritional composition analyzed from three yellow and one white cassava varieties. Effect of deep frying on furazolidone anticoccidial drug residues in liver and muscle tissues of chicken
