The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the education system in the world, especially in Indonesia, to experience learning loss and a decline in skills. Therefore, educational institutions are competing to continue learning online by utilizing mobile learning. One of the institutions is Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) which applies mobile learning (m-learning) platform called MyITSClassroom for everyday’s learning. Student behavior in using m-learning (UBmL) is influenced by external factors, attitude, and intention. In this study, these three factors were expanded to nine variables, namely perceived usefulness (PU), ease of use (PEU), lecturer readiness (LR), the readiness of fellow students (PSR), perceived self-ability (SE), condition of facilities (FC), subjective norm (SN), perceived behavioral control (PBC), and behavioral intention to use (BIU). UBmL was developed on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study proposes a UBmL model, using the Mamdani type 2 fuzzy logic system. Input and output data for modeling were obtained from a survey conducted among ITS Physics Engineering students. The results of data analysis showed that the external variables, attitude, and intention gave a direct or indirect effect on UBmL with the results of the simultaneous F-test of 8.807 and the t- test where t-count > 1.96899. Based on the results of the type-2 SLF output, it was stated that as many as 248 or 93% of ITS physics engineering students used mobile learning in frequent intensity (5 -7 times a week). The fuzzy logic system was developed in various parameters, and the best results for the UBmL output variable were obtained on the membership function of the Gaussian form. The performance of the model was indicated by the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) was 4.58%.
