The study explored the effectiveness of constructivism teaching and learning approach in enhancing the achievement of pre-tertiary TVET students in Circle Theorem at the Methodist Technical Institute (MTI), Kwadaso. A mixed method approach was adopted for this study, with a sequential explanatory design. The population of this study consisted of all the four hundred and thirty-four (434) form 2 students of the Methodist Technical Institute located at the Kwadaso municipality. A dual sampling technique comprising cluster sampling and purposive sampling was used to assist in getting the right samples for this study. Achievement tests in Circle Theorem and unstructured interview were used as data collection instruments for the study. The data was analyzed statistically using means, standard deviations, paired samples t-test, and independent samples t-test. The results showed that Constructivism Teaching and Learning Approach significantly enhanced the achievement of pre-tertiary TVET learners in Circle Theorem. However, High Achievers (HAs) benefited more than Low Achievers (LAs). The research therefore recommends the segregation of learners so that more time could be allocated to Low Achievers among pre-tertiary TVET learners as far as Circle Theorem is concerned.
