Expost Facto design was adopted for the study. Agricultural industry is key to National Development. Emphasis should be more on how to impact salable skills to students to enable them acquire those skills that will carry them throughout their life. The study therefore is designed to determine the effects of vocational pedagogy on teaching and learning of agricultural production in processing and packaging of cereals into composite flour in secondary schools to reduce youth unemployment in Enugu State. To achieve the purpose of the study, one research question and one null hypothesis guided the study. The population for the study is 27 year one students from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. There was no sampling, because the population is manageable. A 20-item questionnaire was used to collect data for the study. The instrument was face validated and tested for reliability before use. A reliability coefficient of 0.75 was obtained. The data collected were analyzed using mean and Analysis of Covariance. The study therefore, recommended among others that adequate funding should be made available to all schools running vocational subjects (Agriculture)
