Characteristic levels of heavy metals in canned tuna fish
Concentrations of metals (aluminium, cadmium, lead and mercury) were determined from canned tuna commercialized in Canada and India, by inductively coupled plasma - optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) and direct mercury analyzer (DMA 80).
