In the last time period, the commercial banks have witnessed parity among performance and fast growth in the mobile banking services.Therefore, mobile banking services are pillars of bank performance by regulators as well as practitioners.The Basel set value for impressive finance oversight, the Central Banks have issued road map on mobile banking services to ensure sound financial system that align with the stakeholder’s interest.The objective of the study was to institute the relation among mobile banking services and performance.The construct was derived for the above objectives.The model rating system that analyses capital adequacy, quality of assets,management capacity,earnings and Banks liquidity hence establishes the whole soundness.The study native a positiveness research philosophy and used research design.The population consisted of 43 banks.The study used regression analysis to establish the relation between mobile banking services and performance.The regression analysis was used to test result of mobile banking services on the performance.Descriptive statistics and diagnostic tests were conducted on the data thereafter correlation and regression analysis were used to test the hypothesis. H01 study results indicate that there is relevant relationship between account to account transfer, mobile money and the performance,
