Abstract

Tuberculosis is a well known public health problem. However, the diagnose of this disease usually takes too long time. And, the specificity is not good enough. So it is extremely urgent to develop a diagnose method to detect tuberculosis accurately. In this study, we used rEC (recombinant of ESAT-6 and CFP10 fusion protein) and rCM(recombinant of CFP21 and MPT64 fusion protein) as antigens in enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assays (ELISA) to detect tubercular, healthy people and household contacts serum. We used fusion protein rCM and rEC to detect different group serum. We established an ELISA detecting system based on this two fusion proteins. We find an efficacious way to detect the latent Tuberculosis infection, providing a new method to detect tuberculosis.
